Spring Smoothies!

I love Spring. It’s not too hot, and not too cold – usually. Everything starts looking alive again after the early nights and cold days that Winter springs upon us. For me, it is a great time to begin baking again, summery cupcakes, Victoria Sponge, old fashioned sweets.

But recently I brought a blender and have became obsessed with smoothies.

Triple-berry smoothies.

  • 1 1/2 cup of mixed blueberries, strawberries and raspberries
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of plain yoghurt
  • 1 cup of ice
  • Sugar to taste
